Nikos Sakkadakis and Irini Androulaki come from Heraclion, Crete. They have joined forces to create a series of silk scarf, named Mino. Inspired by patterns of the Archaelogical Museum of Heraclion, they are adding a breath of fresh air to the idea of memoirs and souvenirs. They don’t want their creations to be just a souvenir of the museum, but they want them to be part of a dialogue with the wearer. Their scarves project innovation, but they are still in touch with their historical background.
